If you would like to return an item or make an exchange, please contact us   to get an RMA number to be included with your item and the return address to which the item should be sent. All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

The customer is NOT responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them, will incur those costs on behalf of the customer.

1. How long will be the delivery time?
Regularly, we prepare your items and pack up within 24 hours(that also depends on your actual order quality and stock condition), then it would normally take 5-7 business days for most countries of Europe, North America, North Asia, Oceania countries; For some other countries, it would be 2~3 days more shipping time.
 
2. Can I pay by Paypal?
